Germany

For packaging placed on the German market by CC Corrosion Control Ltd. that is subject to system participation under the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), CC Corrosion Control Ltd. is registered with the LUCID Packaging Registerand participates in an approved German packaging recycling system through Lizenzero / Interzero.

Packaging quantities subject to system participation are reported and licensed in accordance with the applicable German requirements.

Other European Markets

In European markets where CorrosionX® products are supplied through independent national importers, distributors or resellers, each economic operator is responsible for identifying and fulfilling the packaging, EPR, registration, reporting, recycling and other environmental obligations that apply to its own activities under the laws of the respective country.

CC Corrosion Control Ltd. supports its distribution partners by providing relevant packaging information, including packaging materials and packaging weights, where reasonably available and required for regulatory compliance and reporting.

Where applicable national or European legislation assigns a specific packaging or EPR obligation directly to CC Corrosion Control Ltd., CC Corrosion Control Ltd. remains responsible for fulfilling that obligation.

Our packaging compliance framework takes into account applicable national legislation and Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR).
