Packaging Compliance & Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)
CC Corrosion Control Ltd. is committed to complying with all applicable packaging and recycling legislation within the European Union.
For packaging that we first place on the German market and that is subject to the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), we participate in the German dual recycling system through Lizenzero / Interzero to ensure compliance with our statutory obligations regarding packaging recovery and recycling.
In all other European countries where our products are imported and distributed through authorized national importers or master distributors, the respective local importer is responsible for complying with the applicable national Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), packaging, recycling, reporting and registration requirements. Our local partners work with the competent compliance schemes and recycling organizations in their respective countries to ensure adherence to all applicable legal obligations.
