CorrosionX® Aviation is a military-qualified Corrosion Prevention and Control Compound (CPC) developed to protect aircraft structures, electrical systems and critical components operating in demanding environments. Utilising proprietary Polar Bonding Technology and Fluid Thin Film Coating (FTFC), it actively displaces moisture, penetrates existing corrosion and forms a durable, self-healing protective film that helps prevent further corrosion while providing long-lasting lubrication.
Unlike conventional wax-based corrosion inhibitors, CorrosionX® Aviation remains fluid after application, allowing continuous migration into seams, lap joints, fasteners and other inaccessible areas where corrosion typically begins. The coating will not dry, harden or crack, ensuring long-term protection without adding significant coating thickness or interfering with routine inspections.
