1. General

Welcome to Corrosion Control Ltd. By using this website and placing orders, you agree to the following Terms and Service.

Our products are sold exclusively to business customers (B2B). By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a commercial or professional activity. Consumer protection laws, including EU withdrawal rights, do not apply.

3. Conclusion of Contract

  • By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
  • The contract is concluded when we confirm your order in writing or via email.
  • All product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing are for informational purposes. We reserve the right to correct errors.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are quoted in EUR and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
  • Shipping is calculated separately for each order.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer.
  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

5. Shipping

  • We ship across Europe to business addresses only.
  • Delivery times vary depending on destination.
  • The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the purchaser upon delivery.

6. Returns and Liability (B2B & Dangerous Goods)

  1. Business Customers Only: All products are sold exclusively to business customers. Statutory consumer rights do not apply.
  2. Dangerous Goods: Certain products may be classified as Dangerous Goods. The purchaser acknowledges this and agrees to comply with all applicable transport, storage, and handling regulations.
  3. No General Returns: All sales are final. Returns, cancellations, or exchanges are not accepted unless expressly agreed in writing by Corrosion Control Ltd.
  4. Claims for Defects or Incorrect Goods: Claims are only accepted if goods are incorrect or damaged at delivery. Notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery in writing (email), with supporting photos and documentation. Failure to notify constitutes acceptance.
  5. Return Authorization (RA): No returns are accepted without prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the purchaser’s expense.
  6. Responsibility of Purchaser:
    • All approved returns must be organized entirely by the purchaser.
    • The purchaser assumes full legal responsibility for classification, packaging, labeling, documentation, and use of certified carriers.
    • Corrosion Control Ltd is not responsible for improper returns or regulatory violations.
  7. Costs and Risk: All costs associated with returns are borne by the purchaser, including shipping, packaging, insurance, and customs. Returns are shipped entirely at the purchaser’s risk.
  8. Condition of Returned Goods: Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and fully compliant with Dangerous Goods regulations. Non-compliant returns will be rejected and returned at the purchaser’s expense.
  9. Inspection and Refunds: All returned goods are inspected upon receipt. If accepted, refunds or credits are issued at our discretion. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Liability

  • Corrosion Control Ltd. is liable only for intent or gross negligence, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
  • Corrosion Control Ltd. is not liable for damages caused by improper handling, storage, transport, or use of products by the purchaser.
  • All purchasers assume full responsibility for compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, and product images on this website are protected by copyright. Any use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Cyprus, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. Final Provisions

Should any provision of these Terms and Service be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Amendments or supplements must be made in writing.

11. Product Use & Liability Disclaimer

  1. Intended Use: Corrosion Control Ltd. products are intended for professional B2B use in industrial and commercial applications only. Improper use or application is strictly the responsibility of the purchaser.
  2. Dangerous Goods: Certain products may be classified as Dangerous Goods. The purchaser is solely responsible for safe transport, storage, and use, including compliance with all applicable local and international regulations (ADR/IATA/IMDG).
  3. No Liability for Misuse: Corrosion Control Ltd. is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from misuse, improper handling, or non-compliance with safety regulations.
  4. Indemnification: The purchaser indemnifies and holds harmless Corrosion Control Ltd., its directors, and employees against any claims, fines, or legal actions arising from misuse or non-compliance with applicable regulations.
  5. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Corrosion Control Ltd. be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of its products. Liability is limited to intent or gross negligence.
