Shipping Policy (B2B Customers Only)

1. Business Customers Only

Our products are sold exclusively to business customers (B2B). By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a commercial or professional activity. Consumer rights, including EU withdrawal rights, do not apply.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order based on destination, order size, and nature of goods.
All shipping costs will be communicated to the purchaser before shipment.
The purchaser is responsible for any additional costs, including customs duties or import taxes for cross-border shipments.

3. Shipping Methods & Fulfillment

All orders are fulfilled from our logistics partner (3PL) at:

All shipments use carriers certified to handle Dangerous Goods (ADR / IATA / IMDG).
The purchaser must provide accurate delivery information, including contact details and any special instructions required for shipment of hazardous goods.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the shipping destination, carrier availability, and regulatory compliance requirements for Dangerous Goods.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

5. Risk and Responsibility

Risk of loss or damage passes to the purchaser upon delivery.
The purchaser is responsible for inspecting the shipment upon receipt.
Corrosion Control Ltd cannot be held liable for delays, damages, or losses during transport caused by the carrier or improper handling.

6. Dangerous Goods Handling

Purchasers must ensure that all shipments are accepted and handled according to applicable Dangerous Goods regulations.
Any refusal, regulatory penalties, or additional handling costs incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We ship exclusively to business addresses in Europe.
Orders may not be shipped to private consumers, P.O. boxes, or non-business addresses.
Certain products may have restricted shipping depending on local Dangerous Goods regulations. Corrosion Control Ltd will notify the purchaser if shipment is not possible.
