Refund & Return Policy (B2B Only)

1. Business Customers Only

This store sells exclusively to business customers (B2B).
By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a commercial or professional activity.

Consumer protection laws, including EU withdrawal rights, do not apply.

2. No Right of Withdrawal / No Returns

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless expressly agreed in writing.

3. Claims for Defects or Incorrect Deliveries

Claims are only accepted if:

Goods are incorrect, or
Goods are damaged at delivery

Notification must be made:

Within 48 hours of delivery

Including photos and detailed description

Failure to notify within this period constitutes acceptance of the goods.

4. Return Authorization (Mandatory)

Returns require prior written approval and a Return Authorization (RA).

Returns without an RA will be refused
Unauthorized shipments will be returned at the purchaser’s cost

5. Dangerous Goods – Buyer Responsibility

All products may be classified as Dangerous Goods.

The purchaser is solely responsible for:

Compliance with all applicable regulations (ADR / IATA / IMDG)
Proper classification, packaging, labeling, and documentation
Using certified hazardous goods carriers

Corrosion Control Ltd assumes no responsibility for return shipments.

6. Costs, Risk & Logistics

All return-related costs are borne by the purchaser, including:

Shipping and transport
Packaging and compliance materials
Insurance
Customs (if applicable)

All returns are made at the purchaser’s sole risk.

7. Condition of Goods

Approved returns must be:

Unused
In original packaging
Fully compliant with Dangerous Goods transport regulations

Non-compliant returns will be rejected and returned at the purchaser’s expense.

8. Inspection & Refunds

All goods are inspected upon receipt.

If accepted:

Refunds or credits are issued at our sole discretion
Original shipping costs are non-refundable

9. Liability and Disclaimer

Corrosion Control Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Improper return shipments
- Regulatory violations
- Damage caused during return transport
- Improper handling, storage, or packaging by the purchaser
All products are intended for professional B2B use only. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring proper handling and compliance with all applicable safety and legal requirements.
Corrosion Control Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the return, handling, or use of the products.
